Ate Veronica Songco will take care of you as she has for me and my parents when we sold our home because my parents want to go back to the Philippines. Every step of the process, from beginning till closing (most especially during the days prior to closing, hehe) she will always bring you all the important updates in timely fashion and that in itself really helps ease the tension and anxiety of the process coz knowing what is happening is already half the battle won. Knowing where we are in the process helped big time ease my mom and dad’s stress and my anxieties.
