We recently had the pleasure of hiring Veronica Songco to sell our investment property in Auburn WA.

Right off the bat, we had two obstacles to overcome. First, my wife and I were overseas during the first phase of the sale. Secondly, the prior tenant had left the home in quite the state of disrepair.

Immediately Veronica sprang into action and quarterbacked a team of landscapers, handyman and electrician. She set up everything! This team did wonders.
